Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, in standing and grounded positions, using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts.

It is widely accepted as the most effective method of training to understand real combat and self defence. When training in MMA you experience an incredible workout whilst learning the skills and qualities required to succeed in full contact competition.

Kings MMA was originally founded to provide an environment for MMA competitors to thrive and that could take an individual from complete beginner, to competitive pro. We utilise our various classes in No Gi Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing to develop the individual skills required in our students, before allowing those interested in competition to be part of the “invite only” fighters classes, where they put together what they have learned and uncover the fighter they can become.
